Paths to the Present: From The Dawn of History to Early Philosophers to Stoicism to Christianity: Wisdom For The Life Of Inner Peace, and the Tranquility of Daily Peace

Do you have only two solid-quality hours to spare? Great. You are now venturing into a great path less traveled, a path of sound mind, peace, and greatness in life. This is radically different…

History is wisdom for life. History is practical wisdom from the ground not spurious theories or psychological speculations plucked from the air.

History is about real life flesh and blood experiences of people, not from tests performed on people or in a laboratory.

Human beings will always be human beings. We do not change, we remain human beings just like our ancestors. When you tap on solid practical history you are wise. You have wisdom for life and living.

Also you have ways of love and loving. Genuine History should serve as the only guide for the present and the future. History, not psychological speculations and psychological classifications, should serve you.

Psychology is beneath Philosophy and History. Psychology and its branches of psychotherapy and psychiatry is the stepchild of Philosophy.

The focus of psychology is speculations and conducting tests on people. Tests which very often are out of context with reality. The modern world has suffered so much for its totally reliance on psychology.

That’s why lack of sound mental health is such a huge issue today.

If you have sound philosophy of life, you will not lack mental health and peace. You will not be stressed, depressed, and drowning in destructive addictions.

For some 30 years (Since April 1994), I have been living and breathing great land mark books of over 1000 pages written by the great master teacher and master historian Eugen Weber. Eugen Weber was a professor of History at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He was also the Dean of UCLA College of Letters and Science.

The New York Times calls Eugen Weber authority on history.

Eugen Weber has written books covering several thousand pages, and those books became master and primary textbooks of history teching in universities across the world.

Perhaps the great books he published are:

Men Cultures and Societies from the Renaissance to the Present.

Movements, Currents, Trends in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries Politics, Culture and Myth.

Living in this modern world of psychological torn and psychological suffering and people’s mental health nose diving I am more convinced than ever that we need more history and philosophy than psychology and psychologists in their self-styled businesses titles as psychotherapists or simply being called therapists.

Actually, some great psychologists and psychotherapists are abandoning psychology in favor of history and philosophy. Great psychologists like Emmy van Deurzen and several others have entered a new field of history and philosophy as a guest to true and real inner peace.

Besides living an breathing Eugen Weber’s books, I was an production editor of Western Tradition when Eugen Weber produced and presented it way back in 1989.

What I have been doing recently, having lived and breathed Eugen Weber for decades, about thirty years, I have distilled great insights from Eugen Weber and compressed and condensed them in a two-hour audio program. To ensure direct access to Eugen Weber, I have only collated his lectures where you hear his voice and sound not a professional voice actor, but you hear directly from the horse’s mouth.

Paths to the Present: From The Dawn of History to Early Philosophers to Stoicism to Christianity: Wisdom For The Life Of Inner Peace, and the Tranquility of Daily Peace is a remarkable work of solid gold.

Not only will you enjoy this gem of the fountain of knowledge, but the program will lift you out of the clutter and chattering noises into an elevated planet of inner bliss and inner peace.
